Default Raw Food

I have been working at a store that sells Raw Food that Vegans would eat. There are some interesting dishes out there and raw veggies are good for the ole bod.

For those afraid of raw, this is a nice "Wow this ain't so bad" recipe.

Get a couple of zucchini and peel them down to the seed layer with a potato peeler. Best to keep rotating the squash as you peel. The throw on some pre made pesto if you don't know how to make your own. It tastes great if you like pesto, as the zucchini hardly carries any flavor of it's own.

Serve cold....you could dress it up with a tomato rose and some parsley if you wanted to have a little presentation to the dish.

Vegans can suck it. All they are are bohemian middle-class turds joining the bandwagon. I will never trust them, especially on how many concessions they tend to make. Ive served more than my fair share of "Vegans" in my 8 years of restaurant service, and they seem to never be able to stick to their plan.

LOL. Glad to see a little fire under somebody's ass around here! I have been getting a little worried with the one and two visitors per day that the old folks home might shutter up the joint. My 15 years of being a vegetarian has been an evolution. I still do dairy and wear leather shoes, but I can't help but wince when somebody talks to me and says, "I'm a vegetarian, I just have chicken or fish a couple of times a week."
